Oeabt offers a variety of retaining rings for securing optical components into threaded adjustment frames, lens sleeves, and adapters without installed optical elements. Two retaining rings are used to fix the optical component at the center of the lens sleeve: one for positioning and the other for locking. The two grooves on the retaining ring are compatible with retaining ring wrenches.

Technical Description

(1) Oeabt provides multiple types of retaining rings designed to secure optical components into threaded adjustment frames, lens sleeves, and adapters without mounted optical elements. Two retaining rings work together to fix the optical component at the center of the lens sleeve: one for positioning and the other for locking.

(2) Standard retaining rings are made of aluminum oxide, available in various sizes to match our optical component mounts and lens sleeves. They feature a maximum clear aperture while providing sufficient clamping force.
