Technical Description
(1) This series of optical adjustment mounts can provide ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. When using three adjusters simultaneously, the mount can also achieve a maximum Z-axis translation of 6.4mm. Compared with conventional optical adjustment mounts, this mount has an increased backplate thickness, which significantly improves stability. Additionally, all connection points adopt tighter springs and hardened inserts to further enhance its performance and durability.
(2) This series of mounts offers two fixing methods for optical components. Among them, the MKTA-S series uses nylon set screws to fix optical components from the side; the MKTA-T series is designed with SM-threaded optical component slots, compatible with lens sleeves, and can connect external thread adapters through internal threads, thus supporting the installation of various optical components such as laser diode modules and fiber collimators.
(3) In addition, the mount is designed with M4 counterbored mounting holes. According to experimental requirements, users can choose left-hand or right-hand direction for rod installation, ensuring flexibility and convenience in different operating environments.
