The CSJ-TILT is designed with an adjustment base featuring dual center holes, enabling drift-free positioning for mounting helium-neon lasers or cylindrical components with diameters of Ø30mm-Ø44mm. Meanwhile, through arc constraint and three-point positioning functions, the helium-neon laser is securely installed to ensure repeatable angular orientation and stability.

Technical Description

The CSJ-TILT is designed with an adjustment base featuring dual center holes, enabling drift-free positioning for mounting helium-neon lasers or cylindrical components with diameters of Ø30mm-Ø44mm. Meanwhile, through arc constraint and three-point positioning functions, the helium-neon laser is securely installed to ensure repeatable angular orientation and stability.

The adjustment screw at one end of the tension spring also provides ±5° pitch and ±5° yaw control for laser light source positioning, achieving smooth adjustment, low cross-coupling, and precise beam placement. After adjusting the angle, the cap screws on the left and right sides of the front panel can be tightened to lock the angular position.

One side of the mount is equipped with an adjustment slot, and laser-etched diameter reference numbers (the number indicates the mounting diameter). The alignment line next to the adjustment slot allows for quick positioning of the adjustment diameter, facilitating fast installation. Note that the mounting position after determining the clamping diameter is coaxial with the center. Before installation, use a caliper to measure and confirm the diameter of the laser to be clamped, then turn the adjustment screw at one end of the tension spring to the diameter position marked on the adjustment slot. After placing the helium-neon laser, tighten the set screw at the bottom to clamp and fix the helium-neon laser.

There are 4 Ø6.02mm through holes around the mount with a spacing of 60*60mm, compatible with 60mm cage systems for integration with cage components. It can also be used with the CSK-A60 snap-in mounting bracket for free-space setup.
