Technical Description
(1)The MQRT1 consists of a backplate and a removable front panel. By using a magnetic coupling mount, it eliminates the cumbersome alignment process needed when reinserting optical components into the device, allowing for replacement without re-alignment. It is suitable for device applications that require high-precision, periodic insertion or removal of a Ø1-inch optical component with thickness ≤8.8mm.

(2)To ensure stability, precision, and repeatability, the mount adopts a three-point contact backplate design. Each contact point is equipped with a ball bearing, which is located in a groove formed by two parallel steel pins, thereby effectively providing support and guidance. This design ensures the secure fixation of optical components and makes the insertion and removal processes smoother and more efficient.

(3)The M4 screw hole at the bottom enables direct compatibility with PCA series Ø12mm rods.
