The CSD-M05 is a snap-in cage plate with a spring-loaded dovetail design, suitable for quick positioning of cage rods. Its drive lever design allows the dovetails to be squeezed together with a simple press, enabling the mount to be quickly repositioned or completely removed from the cage assembly. This one-handed operation mechanism is very convenient, eliminating the need for additional tools to activate the locking mechanism.

Technical Description

(1) The CSD-M05 is a snap-in cage plate with a spring-loaded dovetail design, suitable for quick positioning of cage rods. Its drive lever design allows the dovetails to be squeezed together with a simple press, enabling the mount to be quickly repositioned or completely removed from the cage assembly. This one-handed operation mechanism is very convenient, eliminating the need for additional tools to activate the locking mechanism.

(2) The central aperture of the mount features SM05 (0.535”-40) internal thread, which can directly mount optical components with Ø12.7mm and maximum thickness not exceeding 2.5mm, secured by the included CSK4 retaining ring. It is also compatible with SM05 series lens sleeves.
