Technical Description

The APT-S angle switching bracket offers 180° adjustment range. It can fix the mounting platform at 13 discontinuous positions, with a 15° angle increment between each position. Using the included fixing pin, the bracket can be easily locked at a specific angle position. This design allows the bracket to meet positioning and fixing needs in different application scenarios, providing greater flexibility and precision.

Marks on the mounting base indicate possible angle positions, with a corresponding letter mark for each angle position to help users identify the correct slot location.

To change the angle between the two plates: first, slightly loosen the hex locking screws on the mounting base with a 3mm wrench and pull out the fixing pin. Then rotate the top plate to align the white marking line on the top plate’s rotating shaft with the desired angle mark on the bottom plate’s fixed shaft. Insert the fixing pin into the slot corresponding to the letter marked in parentheses next to the angle position. Finally, tighten the hex locking screws to fully fix the platform position.

In addition to using the fixing pin to lock at 13 discontinuous positions, the platform can also be fixed at any angle by tightening the hex locking screws. Note: Without the support of the fixing pin, the load capacity will be limited. Ensure the l

oad does not exceed 2kg to avoid damage or instability.

Both the top and bottom plates of the angle bracket include M6 hole arrays, allowing users to select the appropriate position and method to install optomechanical devices as needed.
