The vibration isolation table uses a three-layer honeycomb sandwich structure to effectively attenuate vibration. The 6 mm top plate is made of 430 high-permeability nickel-alloy stainless steel and processed by a large-scale surface grinding machine, with a panel flatness of 0.1 mm per meter.
