Product Description
(1) The CSJ-LB cylindrical lens mount is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting of cylindrical lenses or other rectangular optical components in a 30 mm cage system. It accommodates components with a height range of 8 mm to 20 mm, which are clamped by two mounting arms and secured in position by tightening the side set screws.
(2) One side of the cage plate features engraved scale markings: the major scale is at 4 mm intervals, and the minor scale is at 2 mm intervals, with a total scale length of 20 mm. Additionally, a crosshair target with a recess at the center of the cage plate aids in centering the optical component during installation. Centering is most easily achieved when the axis of the cylindrical lens is parallel to the mounting arms.
(3) The central bore of the cage plate is an SM1 (1.035”-40) internal thread, compatible with Ø1 inch lens tubes.
(4) There is one through hole on each side for Ø6 mm posts, arranged in a 30×30 mm grid pattern. The posts are locked in place by tightening the side set screws using a 1.6 mm hex key.
(5) The base is equipped with one M4 threaded hole for mounting posts, suitable for free-space applications.
