The CSD-RA1 right-angle flexure mount enables mounting of Ø1-inch optical components at a 45° angle to the optical axis of cage systems and is featured with a beam splitting clear aperture, making it ideal for mounting transmissive optical components such as half-reflection half-transmission beam splitters and beam sampling mirrors.

Technical Description
(1) The CSD-RA1 right-angle flexure mount allows for the 45° mounting of Ø1-inch optical components relative to the optical axis of 30 mm cage systems and is designed with a beam splitting clear aperture. It is particularly suitable for mounting transmissive optical components including half-reflection half-transmission beam splitters and beam sampling mirrors.


(2) The flexure design of the mount delivers ±1° pitch and yaw adjustment. A 2 mm and a 2.5 mm wrench are used to guide and achieve the offset adjustment of reflected or transmitted light beams.

(3) The mount secures optical components in the limit holes of the mounting base with nylon set screws. The minimum thickness of the mountable optical components is 3 mm; optical washers are required when mounting optical components with a thickness of less than 3 mm.

(4) The mounting plate of this right-angle mount is drilled with Ø6 mm through-holes, which allows the mount to be fixed to 30 mm cage systems by passing PCM-S series cage rods through the apertures. Tightening the side set screws locks the mount in position on the cage rods.
