The snap-in cage plate allows Ø1-inch optical elements to be inserted into or removed from an assembled 30mm cage system. The cage plate clamps onto the diagonal M6 cage rods rather than adjacent ones. To insert it into the cage system, first align the cage plate with the intended diagonal mounting position, then slide it between the two cage rods, press the cage plate to snap it onto the rods, and finally tighten the cap screws in the flexible clamp with a 5/64-inch (2.0 mm) hex wrench (not included).
Technical Description
(1) The mounting hole is compatible with Ø1-inch (25.4mm) optical lenses with a maximum thickness of 6mm. The 2.0mm hex wrench and nylon set screws enable stable locking and fixation of the optical lense
s. (One DS1 PTFE washer is included with this product; additional washers are available for separate purchase.)
(2) The flexible clamp enables stable clamping and fixation on cage rods. The cap screws in the flexible clamp can be quickly tightened with a 1.5mm hex wrench.
