Retaining ring wrenches can adjust or install many of our standard retaining rings. Their hollow design ensures that the optical path is not blocked when adjusting the retaining rings. The knurled handle on the wrench facilitates gripping, while the flange end can keep the ring at the end of the wrench when inserting or removing the retaining ring.

Technical Description

  • Our standard wrenches can safely and easily adjust retaining rings without the risk of damaging optical components. They feature an aluminum knurled handle and a hollow internal design, allowing light beams to pass through while adjusting components. Compared with aluminum flanges, stainless steel flanges reduce wear and have small tolerances, making them suitable for our retaining rings. The flanges have no surface coating to minimize dust or other particles that may contaminate the lens surface.

 

  • Multiple specifications of retaining ring wrenches are available. Longer retaining ring wrenches are equipped with a scale that indicates the depth of wrench insertion in 1mm increments, ensuring precise positioning of optical components.
