Technical Description

(1) The spindle end features single-point contact, and the ribbed friction sleeve maintains a constant force for finer adjustment and positioning. This effectively avoids errors caused by excessive force and reduces positioning alignment errors.

(2) The SM25 micrometer head has a travel range of 25mm, and the SM13 micrometer head has a travel range of 13mm. The vernier scale is 1mm; the pitch is 0.5mm, with direct reading in 10μm increments and a vernier reading of 1μm. The laser-engraved scale is clear, wear-resistant, fade-proof, low in error and enables more accurate measurement.

(3) The micrometer knob is designed with a hexagonal recess, which allows adjustment with a 4mm hexagonal wrench even in confined spaces. It is adaptable to various installation scenarios and offers higher compatibility.
