The universal adapter plate offers mounting holes in almost all orientations, allowing flexible installation of any optical equipment onto optical platforms or breadboards. This degree of freedom permits users to install various components or platforms in a wide-range array beyond the standard 1-inch (25mm) hole pattern. Additionally, the countersunk holes on the plate enable imperial optical platforms to accommodate metric components.

Technical Description

(1) Equipped with mounting holes compatible with the threaded hole arrangements of nearly all optical platforms and breadboards, enabling flexible assembly of optical equipment. Optical components or platforms can be installed in any orientation.![img](Oeabt OPS-M406)

(2) OPS-M406: 4 positions of M4 countersunk holes and 4 positions of M6 countersunk holes (4 openings on the front panel); 24 positions of M4 threaded holes and 17 positions of M6 threaded holes;

(3) OPS-M406A: 4 positions of M4 countersunk holes and 4 positions of M6 countersunk holes (2 openings on both the front and rear panels); 24 positions of M4 threaded holes and 17 positions of M6 threaded holes;

(4) OPS-MCT: 4 positions of M4 countersunk holes and 4 positions of M6 countersunk holes (2 openings on both the front and rear panels); 32 positions of M4 threaded holes and 9 positions of M6 threaded holes;

(5) Can be used with connecting rod clamping blocks, translation stages, etc. The combined design of such clamping blocks and panels is suitable for installing optical-mechanical components with different requirements. Compared with OPS-M406, OPS-M406A is provided with 2 M6 countersunk holes on both the front and rear panels, which is more suitable for stable connection with connecting rod clamping blocks.
