Technical Description
(1) The adapter plate features standard threaded hole diameters and spacing on its surface, offering strong versatility and enabling multiple uses with convenient and flexible installation, fixation, and adaptation. Its hole position distribution allows direct compatibility with our Z-TSX-M1 linear translation stages and R-TSX-M rotary stages. The linear translation stage is fixed via four M6 countersunk holes, and a rotary stage can be mounted on top of it to form a stacked multi-axial motion control assembly.

(2) The mounting surface is equipped with 4 M6 countersunk holes, 13 M6 threaded holes, 2 M4 threaded holes, and 10 M3 threaded holes, facilitating the installation of optical-mechanical components. Optical components can be fixed on the top of the adapter plate using PRK1-A pressure arms.
