(1) The right-angle adjustment stage enables ±3° tilt or inclination adjustment for Ø1/2-inch optical components, with the optical components maintained at an average angle of 45° relative to the optical axis. Driven by M3*0.25 adjustment screws, the stage offers a precision of 2.30mrad per revolution. Two of the adjusters are hand-tightened knobs, while the third requires a 1.5mm hex wrench for adjustment.
(2) The inclined mounting block of the adjustment stage can accommodate optical components with a diameter of Ø12.7mm and a thickness of ≥3mm. The optical components are secured by tightening the side plastic-tipped set screws with a 1.3mm hex wrench. The design of the rear assembly ensures that the installed optical components can still be operated even when the adjustment stage is equipped with cage rods or lens sleeves.
(3) Both the incident and emergent ports are equipped with SM05 threaded (0.535″-40) holes, facilitating connection with other optical components. Meanwhile, the eight 5.0mm-deep holes on the adjustment stage make it compatible with the SPCM series cage rods used in 16mm cage systems, which can be tightened and locked using 1.3mm hex set screws.
(4) There are M3/M4 threaded holes at the bottom of each of the two side faces, and connecting rod series can be attached for free-space experiments.
