The CXY1E series translation stages offer a ±2.5mm stroke and are compatible with 30mm cage systems. They can mount Ø1-inch optical components with a maximum thickness of 12.2mm.

Technical Description
The CXY1E series translation stages offer a ±2.5mm stroke with two drive options: adjustment screws and vernier micrometers. The CXY1E-M is driven by an SM13 vernier micrometer with a pitch of 0.5mm, enabling direct reading in 10μm precision increments. The CXY1E-S is driven by adjustment screws with 0.25mm per turn increments, and the adjuster’s locking set screws are adjusted using the included 2mm hex wrench.

The SM1 (1.035”-40) threads at the center of the translation stage can mount Ø1-inch optical components up to 12.2mm thick using two included CSK3 retaining rings. The translation stage is designed to connect Ø1-inch SM1 lens sleeves with 30mm cage system assemblies, with a 3.5mm deep internal thread on the other side of the mount for installing SM1 threaded sleeves.

Both front and rear panels are equipped with 4 4-40 threaded holes, compatible with our Ø6mm rods for 30mm cage system assemblies. When the CXY1E series adjustment stage needs to be temporarily added to a cage system, it can be used with the SCB1 cage rod adapter, providing high flexibility for system construction.

The lower surface of the adjustment stage is equipped with 3 M4 screw holes, allowing direct installation onto our Ø12mm rods for free-space applications.
