The CSJ-LB cylindrical lens mount is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting of cylindrical lenses and other rectangular optical components in 30 mm cage systems, compatible with a height range of 8 mm to 20 mm.

Technical Description

(1) The CSJ-LB cylindrical lens mount is engineered for horizontal or vertical installation of cylindrical lenses and other rectangular optical components in 30 mm cage systems, supporting a clamping height range of 8–20 mm. Components are held by two mounting arms, and their positions are secured by tightening the side stud screws.

(2) One side of the cage plate is laser-marked with graduated scales: major graduations are placed at 4 mm intervals, minor graduations at 2 mm intervals, with a total scale length of 20 mm. A grooved cross reticle is featured at the center of the cage plate to assist with component centering; alignment of the cylindrical lens axis parallel to the mounting arms enables the easiest lens centering.

(3) The central hole of the cage plate is machined with SM1 (1.035″-40) internal threads, compatible with Ø1-inch lens sleeves.

(4) Through holes compatible with Ø6 mm posts are drilled on the periphery at a 30×30 mm spacing. The post positions are fixed by locking the side set screws with a 1.6 mm hex wrench.

(5) An M4 threaded hole is provided on the base for mounting optical posts, enabling applications in free space.
