These Ø2 inch stackable lens tubes enable quick and simple construction of compact optical assemblies. One end of the internally threaded lens tube is unshouldered, allowing access to mounted optical elements from both ends. To connect these lens tubes endtoend, lens tube connectors are used. They directly engage all SM2 (2.035″-40) threaded components for flexible construction of complex optomechanical assemblies.
Technical Description
These lens tubes are ideal for building compact optical assemblies. The Ø2 inch lens tubes hold one or more optical elements (as shown in the beam expander diagram). Optical elements are separated and fixed with retaining rings positioned at the desired depth within the lens tube. (Two retaining rings are included; additional rings are available for separate purchase.)
