The limit hole ensures stable dual-line contact, while the aluminum thumb screw firmly fixes the rod. Our angle bracket provides a stable platform for building rigid components.
Technical Description
Vertically mounts on Ø1-inch (25mm) rods. Designed for right-angle rod fixtures, combined with a highly stable flexible lock, fixed with a 3/16-inch (5mm) ball-head screwdriver through a wing screw locking mechanism for extremely stable fixation.
The quick-release handle can easily fix the flexible clamp on the Ø25mm support rod. In many applications, cap screws are used to fix the flexible clamp on the rod, which requires adjustment with a ball-head screwdriver. For different loads, using a ball-head screwdriver may be difficult or even unsafe. The quick-release handle allows manual tightening of the clamp, alleviating this problem and providing better control of the required torque when tightening and loosening the clamp. This method does not require a ball-head screwdriver, thus reducing the time required for basic setup and alignment.
The side through hole has a diameter of 12.7mm, with dual-line grooves on the side to stably fix the support rod.
The top screw of the knurled knob is equipped with nylon glue for stable fitting and resistance to loosening.
