This height-adjustable rotation stage is a compact mounting platform with lockable motion ranges, enabling rigid, wobble-free mounting of optical components at any height. Technical Notes

 

This height-adjustable rotation stage is a compact mounting platform with lockable motion ranges, which can mount optical components rigidly and stably without wobble at any height. The sector adjustment ring provides a 26 mm non-rotating vertical travel with 0.01 mm graduation, and the position can be locked with a side set screw. The rotating platform is equipped with a knurled wheel for coarse adjustment with a graduation interval of 2°, supporting 360° coarse rotation and lockable positioning.

The top platform is provided with M4 and M6 mounting holes for connecting other components. Used with a pressure arm to provide clamping force for the platform’s adjusters/mounts, prisms and cube beam splitters can be easily and securely fixed by screwing into the threaded holes on the top of the platform.

The base is equipped with four countersunk holes and can be firmly fixed in the desired position by tightening M6 cap head screws to prevent accidental adjustment.

Platform surface hole layout: Z-TSX-R1 – circular array of threaded holes; Z-TSX-R2 – square array of threaded holes.
