technical description

(1) The VOM-19 mounting base is fabricated from single-piece heat-treated stainless steel. By minimizing the number of internal component interfaces, it effectively reduces time-dependent creep deformation and enhances stability. The mounting base is designed to securely install mirrors with thickness ≤6 mm and Ø19 mm. Its compact size makes these mounting bases particularly suitable for applications requiring system size reduction or installation in confined spaces.

(2) The mounting base is equipped with a connecting rod base, with a smooth shaft height of 50 mm. The bottom features one M6 threaded hole and two Ø2 mm alignment pin holes, enabling direct and precise installation in the system.

(3) The CR-BASE-IV gap-free spacer block can secure the mounting base to the optical platform. Unlike standard spacer blocks, this device features flat surfaces on both the top and bottom surfaces. When fixing the connecting rod to the platform, it minimizes gaps generated during rod installation, thereby significantly reducing or eliminating platform deformation.
