(1) The adhesive mounting base optimized for mirror design features an edgeless design that significantly reduces edge obstruction issues of the mirror. This allows the mirror to be utilized at lower incident angles, enabling optical components to fully utilize the entire mirror surface and effectively minimize beam obstruction. This configuration is particularly suitable for applications in space-constrained systems.

The angles of 180°,252°, and 270° refer to the coverage range of the edge-free portion of the mounting base. These angular ranges describe the area on the top (or front end) of the mounting base where there are no edge obstructions, meaning the mirror surface is fully exposed within this angular range without being blocked by the mounting base.

(2) By using UV-curable adhesive (to be purchased separately) to secure optical components onto the mounting base, the stability of the components is ensured with minimal surface deformation, thereby reducing optical distortion caused by mechanical stress and providing optimal optical performance for high-demand applications such as laser cavity structures.

(3) The mounting base is equipped with one or more M4 countersunk holes for rod fixation. The bottom features two Ø2mm alignment pin holes (positioning pins are purchased separately) to facilitate precise positioning and installation angle adjustment. This design is particularly suitable for use with CR-V series low-drift Ø25mm connecting rods.
