Technical Description

(1) The TSX-ZL vertical lifting stage has a height adjustment range of 8.5mm, with the platform height ranging from 37.5mm to 46mm. In addition, the stage can be locked in position by tightening the side locking knob. Crossed roller bearings are adopted to support the moving load, and the main body is made of anodized aluminum plate, which largely eliminates internal stress and improves stability.

(2) The top plate platform is equipped with M4/M6 threaded hole arrays. A pressure arm can be used to clamp prisms or optical components up to 53mm in height on the stage surface. The pressure arm is fixed on the rod via a flexible mechanism and locked with a 2.5mm hex wrench. The distance from the center of the rod to the center of the nylon jackscrew is 25mm at the first position and 35.5mm at the second position.

(3) The modular design facilitates the construction of multi-axis configurations; multiple stages can be combined with each other or with other translation stages to provide multi-axis motion, easily adapting to the requirements of specific systems. It can be directly mounted on metric/imperial optical breadboards through the countersunk holes on the base plate.
