The TSX-LD1 translation stage adopts hardened stainless steel linear bearings and provides uniaxial linear motion for translation applications. It features a 12mm stroke range and is driven by an SM13 micrometer head with a drive pitch of 0.5mm and a graduation of 10μm.

Technical Description

(1) The TSX-LD1 translation stage uses hardened stainless steel linear bearings to deliver uniaxial linear motion for translation applications. It has a 12mm stroke range and is equipped with an SM13 micrometer head for driving, with a drive pitch of 0.5mm and a graduation of 10μm. Tightening the screw of the travel limit plate on the side of the stage provides a temporary locking mechanism (Note: not absolute locking).

(2) The modular design of the stage allows multiple stages to be orthogonally stacked for XY, XZ or XYZ configurations. Orthogonal stacking of two stages enables the construction of XY motion. For XZ and XYZ motion, vertical mounting can be achieved with a right-angle adapter to assemble a three-axis translation structure.

(3) The M6 threaded hole array on the platform is compatible with the installation of most optical and mechanical components. For example, when matched with an optical fiber coupling adapter plate, it is ideal for building a basic optical fiber coupling platform.
