Technical Notes
- The T-XY-D series 2-axis translation stage is fitted with micrometer heads that deliver 11.5mm of travel along the X and Y axes with a graduation of 10µm. It is designed with a central SM1 (1.035”-40) threaded hole, which is ideal for imaging applications requiring bottom illumination of samples. It can be matched with the X-SLH microscope slide holder for clamping microscope slides and test targets of various sizes (three accompanying locating pins facilitate the operation and positioning of slides).The movement of the stage along the X and Y axes does not affect the central threaded hole. The stage is held in position by a spring on the actuator, eliminating the need for locking screws.
The CT-XYR-D translation stage has a rotating stage with a size of Ø106.1mm. A 360° continuous angular scale on the outer edge allows users to set the angular orientation of the stage with a graduation of 1°. A 2mm hex locking screw at the mark “LOCK” can be used to lock the rotational position. Locking the rotating axis does not hinder the translation along the X and Y axes.
The stage is also equipped with an array of M6 and M4 threaded holes for mounting samples and components. An adapter plate is included to convert the threaded hole surface into a flat surface for user convenience.
The ST-XY-D translation stage features a square stage with a size of 108.0×108.0mm. In addition to the central SM1 threaded through-hole, the stage is provided with an array of 4-40, M4 and M6 threaded holes for mounting samples and components. Eight 4-40 threaded holes around the central threaded hole are used for integrating with 30mm or 60mm cage systems.
