Technical Description

(1) The centering plate is mainly used to align the front surface of the optical element in the optical adjustment frame with the central axis of the connecting rod. Traditional adjustment frames usually install the connecting rod through the rear plate, so the front surface of the optical element often deviates from the center of the connecting rod. The centering plate aligns the front surface of the optical element installed in the optical adjustment frame with the center of the connecting rod, thereby reducing the off-axis displacement generated when rotating the connecting rod.

(2) There are two types of centering plates: fixed and adjustable, equipped with two M4 screw holes or counterbore slots for different installation needs. One can be used to install a Ø12mm connecting rod at one end, and the other screw hole is used to fix the optical adjustment frame on the centering plate.

(3) The center of the counterbore slot of the PMK1-DX centering plate has a movable range of 15.1-24.0mm, allowing the position adjustment range of the front surface of the lens holder to reach 8.9mm. In cases where space is limited and connecting rods cannot be used, the PMK1-DX can also be used as an extension plate to place the mounting base into the optical path.
