The table uses a honeycomb core sandwich structure for outstanding vibration isolation and automatic leveling. It features light weight, high rigidity, and high damping. The top plate is made of high-quality high-permeability stainless steel, precisionground for high flatness, and deburred via rotary polishing to provide a matte, non-reflective finish. The panel features an M6 threaded hole array for easy mounting of optical components.

Technical Specifications
Excellent Vibration IsolationBuilt-in precision air spring isolation system delivers low natural frequency and effective vibration damping in multiple directions (especially vertical), preventing external vibration from affecting instrument accuracy and improving precision and efficiency.

Automatic LevelingWhen load position shifts, the platform quickly adjusts air spring pressure via high-precision valves to maintain level. Three height adjusters enable automatic leveling under changing loads.
