Description
Product Description
- Outer wings form a dovetail mounting surface for 95mm construction rails
- Countersunk slots for fastening to optical tables
- Rail lengths available from 250mm to 750mm
- Engraved scale with a graduation increment of 1mm
The 95mm single-side rail features the same mounting surface as our OPH95 series four-side rails. Each side of the rail is equipped with multiple countersunk slots, allowing the rail to be mounted on an optical table using M6 socket head cap screws.

Technical Description
(1) The 95mm single-side rail shares the identical mounting surface with our OPH95 series four-side rails. Multiple countersunk slots are provided on each side of the rail, enabling secure mounting on optical tables via M6 socket head cap screws. The precision-machined structure allows large-scale optical components to move along the rail while maintaining excellent mechanical stability.

(2) Rails are available in lengths ranging from 250mm to 750mm, with a laser-engraved scale of 1mm graduation increment on the mounting surface for precise and repeatable positioning. The rails are compatible with the OOP95-M series rail carriage platforms, whose mounting surfaces are featured with an array of M6 threaded holes, delivering excellent compatibility for the installation of rails and opto-mechanical components.

(3) Snap-in rail carriages can be snapped on or removed at any position along the side of the rail and slide freely along it. Multiple mounting surface widths from 25mm to 100mm are available, with positions secured by tightening the side-mounted M6 locking screws. In contrast, drop-in carriages can only be inserted and removed from the ends of the rail, and their positions are fixed by four M6 locking screws on the panel.
