Technical Specifications
The OHD-SP series special-shaped optical breadboards feature a recess and central through-hole design, enabling mounting around microscope optical paths to support sample holders, micromanipulators, and multi-component experimental setups. The M6 threaded holes penetrate the entire breadboard with a 25 mm array pitch.

The OHD-SP1 panel has 312 M6 threaded holes and a central recess of 140*200 mm, supporting multi-component experimental setups with optical path access from the front and side. Uniquely, it has four Ø6.5 mm countersunk holes (50 mm spacing) on both left and right panels. Paired with two XY translation stages, it allows limited travel of the breadboard to move multiple independent components of a large assembly simultaneously. (For more details, contact technical support.)

The breadboard mounts on two XY translation stages with manual micrometers. Each manual stage provides adjustable travel in the X and Y axes for the mounted breadboard.

The OHD-SP2 panel has 278 M6 threaded holes and a central Ø100 mm through-hole surrounded by four M4 threaded holes, providing a convenient platform for prototyping optical elements, conducting experiments, and mounting small subsystems. Its 200*100 mm recess enables mounting around microscope optical paths for multi-component experimental setups.
Four countersunk holes at the four corners (not occupying the threaded hole array) allow continuous mounting. These holes secure the breadboard to optical tables, posts, mounts, or other surface holders. For example, Ø1.5-inch posts can be used to elevate the breadboard above the work surface.
