Technical Description

(1) The precision microscope focusing slide uses a ball guide rail type rack focusing mechanism to ensure smooth movement and eliminate backlash, with a total movable stroke of about 40mm and a resolution of 2μm, realizing high-precision lifting focusing of the lens. The meshing degree between the gear and the rack is enhanced through the eccentric adjustment of the rack sleeve, further ensuring smooth movement and backlash elimination. It supports a maximum vertical load of 10kg. (Do not use it horizontally (lying flat) due to potential backlash issues.)

(2) Compared with the MCT-LMP, this focus handwheel offers higher-resolution fine focusing with laser digital marking scales and a precision of 2μm. In addition, the damping gear is equipped with damping adjustment function, which controls the resistance to limit the adjustment speed of coarse focusing. Relying on the frictional resistance between the rack sleeve and the rack, it prevents the focusing position from sliding down spontaneously.

 

(3) The front and rear panels are designed with screw hole arrays, which can be matched with different adapter blocks for installation on 95mm guide rails or Ø1.5-inch connecting rods. The MCT-LMP2 can be integrated into a 95mm main support via the OOP95-M slider for self-construction of microscope systems. When used with the LMP2-P mounting adapter plate, it is compatible with installation on Ø1.5-inch connecting rod systems or 66mm guide rail systems.
