The circular magnetic base consists of two parts: a top plate and a bottom plate. By using the side ON/OFF switch to interrupt the magnetic force connecting the two plates, the top plate can be easily disassembled and replaced.

(1) The circular magnetic base is composed of a top plate and a bottom plate. The magnetic force between the two plates can be interrupted via the side ON/OFF switch, allowing for easy disassembly and replacement of the top plate. When the switch is set to ON, the high-strength magnet inside the base provides a 4.5lbs holding force. Additionally, the top plate features a ball and V-groove design, enabling automatic repositioning to the exact location repeatedly with high precision.

(2) The center of the top plate is equipped with a through M6 threaded hole, on which various components can be mounted. The center of the bottom plate is provided with a Ø6.2mm countersunk hole, into which a cap screw can be screwed to fix the base on an optical platform or breadboard.

(3) Furthermore, the groove on the bottom plate can be used with the PCL-4 pressure block to fix the base at any position on the optical platform.
