Technical Description
The fiber-coupled LED uses butt-coupling to combine a single LED with optical fiber. It includes a heat-sink mounted LED and SMA connector, and can be integrated into optical systems using SMA multimode patch cords. Hybrid patch cords are available for conversion from SMA to FC/PC, ferrule, or bare fiber ends. The flexible patch cord allows free positioning of the light output for convenient use.

These pre-assembled fiber-coupled LEDs offer excellent thermal stability, preventing output power drop caused by LED heating. The housing features strip-shaped heat dissipation grooves, improving cooling by 10–15% for faster temperature reduction. They provide high reliability, stability, anti-interference, uniformity, and long service life.

Single unit includes: Fiber-coupled LED, fiber patch cord
The LEDOTB controller is a compact intensity regulator for fiber-coupled LEDs, driving up to 1000–2000 mA. Stepless dimming is controlled via a single potentiometer knob with integrated power switch. It supports CW (constant current) and PULSE (SMA 5V TTL input) modes, delivering stable illumination for CCD camera exposure and digital microscopy systems.

Controller package: LED controller, controller base, power adapter

The KCH-A series communication and power hub is designed for Oscam Vision® C-module controllers. It simplifies cable management, power linking, and multi-device USB communication. It includes a low-profile base with inter-board connectors to assemble 2/3/4 C-module controllers. It integrates a USB 3.0 hub circuit and can power and communicate with up to 4 controllers using a single power cable.
