Technical Description
The LB-XYR-C prism adjustment mount features a rotation axis intersecting the center of the reflective surface of the optical component, eliminating unnecessary linear beam translation during adjustment. It is an ideal solution for precise alignment of beam-splitting optical devices or prisms. This precision adjustment mount is equipped with three adjusters (each lockable), providing a two-dimensional adjustment mechanism located below the mounting surface to achieve precise ±5° tilt and pitch adjustment. The third knob axis offers rotational yaw adjustment within a ±5° range.

The pressure arm provides clamping force to secure prisms, beam splitters, or non-standard optical components with a height of 17.5~28.0mm. Height adjustment can be achieved by loosening the fastening screws with a 1.5mm wrench to change the position of the pressure arm on the rod holder.

The mounting tabletop of the adjustment mount is additionally equipped with 4 M3 screw holes and 1 M4 screw hole for easy installation of other optical components. The bottom features an M4 screw hole for mounting to optical rods, suitable for free-space experiments.
