The KCD1L right-angle adjustment mount is designed for easy integration into our 30mm cage systems. The input and output ports of the mount feature one SM1 threaded hole each, enabling integration of Ø1-inch lens sleeves. Equipped with three 3/16″-100 adjusters, the mount allows precise alignment of mirrors and accurate beam alignment within a 30mm cage system.

Product Description
The right-angle adjustment mount is compatible with Ø1-inch (25.4mm) optical components, providing the maximum clear aperture for transmitted light and space for operating the installed components. The rear-loading design does not limit the thickness of the optical components to be installed—even with cage rods or lens sleeves mounted on the base, the installed optical components can still be operated. Teflon washers (sold separately) can be used for mounting optical components thinner than 3mm to protect the lenses. The adjustment screws enable pitch and tilt adjustment of the surface plate, ensuring smooth, highly sensitive movement with a resolution of 0.01 inches (0.254mm). Two of these adjusters come with manual knobs, while the third must be adjusted using a 2mm hex wrench or ball-head screwdriver.
It provides adjustable pitch and tilt for optical components mounted at a 45° horizontal angle. Unlike the through-hole design of the KCD1L-M, the KCD1L-M1 uses 4-40 screws for direct fixing, offering higher stability than the through-hole design. Their spacing matches our 30mm cage system standards, allowing direct connection of multiple 30mm cage components without the need for cage rod adapters.
