FRM1 Series Optical Elevator Modules

(1)The components of the optical elevator are compatible with mounting 1″ diameter reflective lenses, beam splitters, or other optical elements. Rotating the knurled knob on the base enables 360° rotation of the optical element holder, which redirects the beam path to reflect or refract light at the desired angle. In addition, adjusting the position of the optical element holder on the elevator allows vertical movement of the mounted lens and corresponding adjustment of the beam height. This enhances the flexibility of adjusting and optimizing the optical system to meet specific optical requirements.

(3)Both the FRM1-A Bottom Mount and FRM1-X Top Mount can be used independently. The clamp block is designed to attach to Ø25mm and 1″ diameter posts of any length, enabling users to customize assembly and combination. The mounts are compatible with 1″ diameter optical elements with a thickness of ≥ 3.3mm and allow 360° continuous rotation. The rotational position can be locked by tightening the side setscrew with a 2.5mm wrench. In addition, the micrometer on the FRM1-X enables ±10° tilt adjustment with a resolution of 9.43 mrad/rev.
