Technical Details & Customization Process

Oeabt provides multiple enclosure sizes, suitable for users to custom-assemble desktop electronic devices. The enclosure is composed of a top cover, front panel, rear panel, mounting plate, bottom case, and feet. It should be noted that the front and rear panels of all sold enclosures are blank, allowing users to add required input and output ports on the panels according to actual application needs.

To open the enclosure, users can use a 2mm hex wrench to first remove the countersunk screws on the rear panel and bottom, then easily slide open the top of the enclosure for internal operations or maintenance. The bottom case of the enclosure is also equipped with four feet; users can unfold them to raise the front of the enclosure by 34mm, tilting the device upward for convenient operation and viewing of the device interface.

(3) Additionally, Oeabt offers optional breadboards and connecting rods that can be installed at the bottom of the enclosure for fixing optical-mechanical components or other components requiring fixation, further enhancing the application flexibility and functional expandability of the enclosure.

Customization Process

Customization Options: You can customize the front panel, rear panel, and mounting plate of the enclosure with laser cutting, riveting, printing, and cover layers (standard enclosures do not include cover layers).

Select Standard Enclosure Size: Choose the appropriate size from the standard enclosure size options provided by Oeabt.

Template Design and Return: Contact customer service to select the corresponding template files in .pdf or .dxf format. These templates will help you design and customize the required input/output ports and holes in the designated areas. When returning to customer service, please attach your template file and a detailed description of the customization requirements.
