The U-shaped stage features a notch inside standard 30mm cage systems or similar lens sleeve assemblies. It is also equipped with abundant mounting holes inside; small optical components that are not suitable for standard cage support rods can be flexibly mounted inside the U-shaped stage through these holes. The solid one-piece structure is precision-machined to form a rigid structure without affecting the alignment of the entire system. Each end is designed with standard SM1 (1.035″-40) threads, enabling compatibility with a variety of optical mounting components.

(1) The U-shaped stage for cage systems provides a threaded mounting surface inside standard 30mm cage systems or similar lens sleeve assemblies. For small optical components that are not suitable for standard cage support rods, the abundant threaded holes offer the flexibility essential for constructing small optical assemblies on the U-shaped stage. The solid one-piece structure is precision-machined to form a rigid structure, delivering stability and maintaining the alignment of the entire system.
(2) Each end of the U-shaped stage is designed with standard SM1 (1.035″-40) threads, allowing it to be compatible with a variety of optical mounting components, such as the company’s lens sleeve series.
(3) Each end is provided with four through holes compatible with Ø6mm cage rods, and a setscrew is located on the side of each through hole. A 2mm hex wrench can be used to fasten the cage rods to the U-shaped stage.
(4) The U-shaped stage is featured with abundant threaded mounting surfaces, including 1/4″-20 and 8-32 threaded holes, metric M4/M6 threaded holes, and M4/M6 counterbore grooves. Thread arrays of various specifications are available to meet the mounting requirements of most components.
