This cage plate is designed to allow our SM1 lens tubes and extension tubes to slide into it and be secured with nylon-tipped set screws. It is an ideal solution for scenarios where users do not wish to screw lens tubes into threaded cage plates. It can also integrate our Ø1.2-inch free-space isolators into 30mm cage systems. Its limiting hole design provides three contact points for a secure installation. Each cage rod through-hole is fitted with a side-mounted M4 set screw, which can be tightened with a 5/64-inch (2mm) hex wrench.
Technical Description
(1) Nylon set screws for fixing tubes enable stable locking of SM1 series tubes.
(2) M4 threaded holes at the bottom allow for the combination and construction of various opto-mechanical components.
(3) M6 through-holes are compatible with Ø6mm cage rods; the side-mounted cage rod set screws are 2mm and can fix the cage rods stably.
(4) The central through-hole of the cage plate is Ø30.6mm (1.2 inches), through which SM1 lens tubes can be inserted.
