This cage plate allows Ø1 inch reflectors and other optical components to be mounted into a 30mm cage system. The limiting hole mounting area offers stable two-line contact for optical elements. There are nylon set screws on the top of the cage plate, with which optical elements can be fixed using a ball head screwdriver or a hex wrench. An 8-32 (M4) threaded hole is also provided at the bottom for installing connecting rods. Each cage rod through-hole is equipped with a set screw on its side, which can be tightened with a ball head screwdriver.
Technical Description
(1) Nylon set screws enable stable fixation of optical lenses; the limiting hole mounting area provides stable two-line contact for optical elements.
(2) The M4 threaded hole at the bottom is applicable for mounting stainless steel connecting rods, facilitating the combination and construction of various opto-mechanical components. One Ø1 inch PTFE washer is included; additional washers are available for separate purchase.
(3) M6 through-holes are compatible with Ø6mm cage rods; the 2mm set screws on the side of the cage rods ensure stable fixation of the rods.
