The Z-TSX-M1 features a 20 TPI precision lead screw drive for coarse and fine positioning. Side-mounted set screws allow the stage to be securely locked in position. Adjustable from either side, it serves as a highly versatile tool for achieving smooth and fast positioning in system setups.
High Central Load Capacity
This stage boasts the maximum central load capacity in the dovetail series, along with the largest mounting area, allowing the smoothly moving dovetail design to support a greater number of components. The dovetail translation stage is fitted with a fast-drive 20-TPI lead screw for rapid linear positioning, while delivering the same smooth movement performance as preloaded precision dovetail slides. It is equipped with two knobs for adjustment from either side, can be directly mounted on platforms and breadboards, and is stackable for multi-axis positioning setups.
Smooth-Motion Dovetail Slide Bearings
The Z-TSX-M1 series dovetail stage adopts the same precision dovetail sliding mechanism as the precision control versions, while offering a rapid positioning variant with a relatively long 1.0-inch travel. Dovetail slides enable the most straightforward forms of motion, consisting of two precisely ground flat surfaces that slide against each other.
