Technical Description

• The V-shaped fixture mount adopts a handle-driven clamping mechanism, which can firmly install cylindrical devices onto Ø1.5-inch rods. It is compatible with Ø6.5~51.9mm cylindrical components, such as helium-neon lasers, high-magnification zoom lenses and laser diode modules.

• The fixture body provides ±10° coarse tilt adjustment, which can be achieved by loosening two M4 cap screws located behind the inner edge of the fixture. The outer edge of the fixture is equipped with three M4 threaded holes for flexible installation of the attached pressure arms to meet different clamping needs.

• The product is equipped with a quick-release handle for quickly fixing the fixture on the rod. The handle has a built-in M6 bolt, and rotating the handle can realize component engagement. The internal structure allows adjusting the handle position without loosening the bolt, improving operational convenience.
