Technical Description
(1) The TSX-LS1 translation stage adopts an all-steel structure and heavy-duty crossed roller bearing design, boasting high hardness and strength. It offers a large heavy load capacity of 30kg (66lbs) for horizontal mounting and 4kg (8.8lbs) for vertical mounting, and maintains high stability within the 50mm displacement range, making it ideal for applications with high load-bearing requirements.


(2) The TSX-LS1 is equipped with a standard SM25 micrometer head as the driver, providing a linear displacement of 50mm with a pitch of 0.5mm. The vernier scale is marked with graduation lines at every 10μm interval.

(3) The platform measures 100*100mm with an M6 threaded hole array, facilitating the integration of optical-mechanical components or optical systems. Two stages can be stacked without additional adapters for XY applications, while an additional right-angle adapter is required for vertical mounting of the stage to achieve an XYZ configuration.
