Technical Notes
The TSXLE series linear stages feature hardened stainless steel linear bearings for singleaxis linear positioning. This series offers 25 mm travel with preinstalled adjustment screws, manual micrometers, or differential micrometer drives.

The modular design allows orthogonal stacking of multiple stages to form XY, XZ, or XYZ configurations. Two orthogonally stacked stages create an XY system. For XZ or XYZ motion, vertical mounting adapters are used to build a threeaxis translation setup.

The table’s M6 threaded hole array is compatible with most optical components, making it ideal for custom multiaxis positioning platforms.
