Description

Product Description

  • Modular design for easy assembly into XY and XYZ configurations; TSX-L1 with micrometer drive features a 13 mm travel and 10 μm division.
  • TSX-L2 with differential adjuster has an 8 mm travel, with 0.35 mm movement per revolution for coarse adjustment and 2 μm division for fine adjustment.
  • Optional assembly with either micrometer or differential adjuster.

The TSX-L series single-axis translation stages adopt hardened steel linear bearings for precise motion and extended service life. Each stage is preconfigured with a micrometer or differential adjuster as the drive. The stage top plate is equipped with 15 M6 threaded holes, and the base has 2 Ø6.0 mm countersunk holes, allowing users to mount the stage on optical breadboards or platforms using M6 cap head screws.

Technical Notes

The TSX-L series single-axis translation stages are fitted with hardened steel linear bearings to ensure precise motion and prolonged service life. Each stage comes with a preinstalled micrometer or differential adjuster as the drive. With 15 M6 threaded holes on the top plate and 2 Ø6.0 mm countersunk holes at the base, the stage can be mounted on optical breadboards or platforms via M6 cap head screws.

The total travel of the single-axis stage top plate is 25 mm. The TSX-L1 is configured with an SM13 micrometer drive, which offers a 13 mm travel and 10 μm division. For applications requiring higher resolution, the TSX-L2 stage with a differential adjuster is available. The coarse adjustment can be locked via the thumb screw on the adjuster, with an adjustable travel of 8 mm, 0.35 mm movement per revolution for coarse adjustment, and 2 μm division accuracy for differential fine adjustment.

In addition to standalone single-axis use, the modular design allows two stages to be orthogonally stacked to form an XY translation stage. For an XYZ configuration, right-angle adapters are required for assembly.
