The TSX-5 positioning stage is equipped with 5 drives with a 0.25 mm pitch, enabling 5-axis adjustment: pitch ±3.5°, yaw ±5°, and 3 mm linear translation along the X, Y and Z axes. Among them, two drives jointly control yaw and the Y-axis, two drives control pitch and the Z-axis, and one drive regulates the X-axis position. Adjustment is performed using the included 2 mm thumb wrench.

Technical Notes
The TSX-5 positioning stage features 5 drives with a 0.25 mm pitch, which can adjust the pitch, yaw and X/Y/Z axis positions of the top platform. It supports 5-axis adjustment: pitch ±3.5°, yaw ±5°, and 3 mm linear translation along the X, Y and Z axes. Two drives work together to control yaw and the Y-axis, two drives for pitch and the Z-axis, and a single drive for the X-axis position. Adjustment is done with the supplied 2 mm thumb wrench.
The top platform is provided with 18×M4 threaded holes, 1×M4 countersunk hole and 4×M3 threaded holes, which make the stage suitable for a wide range of applications. For example, it can be used to mount Q-switches, optical component mounts and other optomechanical components on the platform and pressure arms.
It is used in conjunction with 3-axis flexure positioning stages for fiber coupling applications.
Two M6 countersunk slotted holes on the base allow the stage to be mounted on optical breadboards or platforms
