The SA-PL allows for quick orientation adjustment of terminal-mounted components in the system, and is commonly used to align the orientation of the upper and lower parts of threaded components when tightened. The sleeve corrects the orientation of threaded components via 360° continuous rotation, and can be locked in the desired position with the side thumb screw.

Technical Description
(1) The SA-PL enables rapid orientation adjustment of terminal-mounted components in the system, and is frequently used to align the upper and lower orientations of threaded components during tightening. Normally, the orientation of a threaded assembly may be skewed when fully tightened, resulting in misalignment between the upper and lower components. This sleeve corrects the orientation of threaded components through 360° continuous rotation, and can be locked in the desired position with the side thumb screw.
(2) The thumb knob in the middle of the positioning sleeve facilitates quick connection and disconnection of threaded components. Both the upper and lower parts are equipped with SM1 (1.035”-40) external thread sections and are installed via dovetail joint. During operation, connect mechanical parts to the upper and lower sections respectively; with the thumb knob loosened, rotate the component block mounted on the upper end to the desired position and tighten the knob to secure.
