*Note: For pulse width recognition, a dedicated complex signal generator is required to generate signals with different pilot pulse widths to determine the motion direction, and the motion speed is adjusted according to the pulse frequency. For frequency recognition, the motion direction is determined only by the frequency level, and the speed follows the user’s global speed setting (1-8x). Therefore, the requirements for user signals are simple, only frequency modulation characteristics are needed.
Technical Notes
Driven by a 42BYG DC motor and a precision ball screw, the stage provides a 25 mm lifting travel with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg. When used with the DSMC-1U DC motor controller, it supports both electric and manual operation modes, and integrates a Hall joystick for stepless speed regulation. It is designed for scientific research and automation applications requiring precise vertical positioning and high stability.
The stage features both electric
and manual operation modes, supporting multiple control methods such as jog and creep, and is equipped with a power-off position memory function, eliminating the need for re-zeroing after restart.
In terms of the control system, the stage supports USB serial communication and is compatible with multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, MacOS and Android. It adopts the standard ASCII O’motion communication protocol and is accompanied by complete development documents and sample programs for convenient secondary development and system integration by users.
When used with the DSMC-1U motion controller, it supports a variety of motion modes including jog, creep and Hall stepless speed regulation control. The tabletop flatness is ≥0.02 mm, and the stage is equipped with an M6 threaded hole array, suitable for the installation of various tooling fixtures.
