Technical Description

(1) The lifting and focusing stage kit can be directly mounted on a 95mm guide rail as the microscope main structure, achieving a manual lifting stroke of 23mm along the optical axis. We offer a variety of mounting arm brackets to integrate and align objective lenses, condensers, macro lenses, lens tubes or cage systems along the optical axis, supporting the self-construction of condensers or other opto-mechanical components.

(2) The OPH95-LM series focusing kit consists of a 95mm dovetail clamp connectable to the microscope main body bracket, a handwheel translation stage and a right-angle adapter block. The LMA95 series mounting arms/mounts are connected via the right-angle block, and two versions of this module are available for users to select the appropriate one for optimal space utilization.

(3) The mounting arms are available in SM2 threaded hole, M32 threaded hole and solid platform versions, which can align lens tubes or cage systems along the optical axis at 196.5mm from the edge of the main body bracket guide rail. The LMA95-M32 mounting arm is additionally equipped with a magnetic surface for embedding the magnetic objective lens mount plate to quickly switch and mount objective lenses.

(4) The sliding dual objective lens mount allows two objective lenses to be mounted in an optical microscopy system simultaneously, making it ideal for building systems that use low-magnification objective lenses to locate regions of interest and high-magnification ones for imaging. The internal thread is compatible with M320.75 and comes with RMS thread adapters for connecting objective lenses. Microscope thread adapters are also available for purchase separately to convert M320.75 threads to other objective lens threads.

(5) When selecting an angle bracket, consideration should be given to the spacing required for displacement within the lifting range and the spacing required between adjacent components in the optical path. Six M4 threaded holes on the surface are used to connect with mounting arms/objective lens mounts. Right-angle blocks can be purchased separately, featuring four M3 countersunk holes for mounting and with dowel pins for easy alignment.

(6) The OPH-L series dovetail fixing arm is equipped with a 95mm dovetail clamp on the back, which can be directly fixed anywhere on the surface of the main body bracket, providing structural support for the user’s self-constructed optical path by tightening two 4mm set screws. The optical port is also positioned at the optical path 196.5mm from the edge of the vertical guide rail.
