Description

Product Description

  • The board surface features a matrix arrangement with standard M4/M6 threaded holes.
  • Hole spacing: 25 mm × 25 mm; thickness: 10.1 mm; flatness: <1 mm.
  • Countersunk mounting holes are positioned clear of the threaded hole array, 25 mm from the edge.
  • The standard threaded hole array supports mounting various optomechanical components and optical mounts.
  • Precisionmachined from solid 7075 aluminum alloy, offering light weight, easy handling, and high dimensional stability.
  • Customization service is available; contact customer service for details.

Made of nonmagnetic aluminum, these breadboards serve as costeffective platforms for optical setup prototyping, experiments, and small optical system integration. The surface features black anodization to minimize light reflection. With a 25 mm × 25 mm hole grid and threaded holes extending through the board (12.5 mm from edges), components can be mounted on any side.

Technical Specifications

The breadboard surface is black anodized for minimal light reflection, with a standard 25 mm × 25 mm threaded hole array (12.5 mm from edges). These solid, nonmagnetic aluminum breadboards are convenient and costeffective for prototyping optical setups, experiments, and mounting small subsystems in spacelimited labs.

Each breadboard has 2 or 4 countersunk mounting holes offset from the threaded array, so they do not interfere with mounting surfaces. These holes are located at the corners, at 25 mm / 50 mm or 12.5 mm / 12.5 mm from the edges.

The OPSB adapter enables splicing and extending breadboards of this series to any length. It shares the same 100 mm width as the breadboards and uses countersunk holes to join short segments into long, continuous breadboard structures.

Breadboards can be m

ounted to various surfaces and holders via mounting holes, including optical tables, other breadboards, posts, and stands.

Multiple standard sizes are offered; custom breadboards are available upon request. Contact customer service for more information.
