Technical Description
(1) The OGS-AC series adapter cube is designed to integrate galvanometer motors into optical systems, providing a convenient solution for installing single-axis/dual-axis galvanometer systems with small beam diameters. The galvanometer system is fixed in the cube adapter, and the optical path passes through two galvanometer reflections from the input end and finally exits from the SM2 threaded output port.
(2) The input and output ports of the cube adapter are centered on the X-axis and Y-axis galvanometers respectively. The output port has SM2 (2.035”-40) internal thread, and the input port has SM05 (0.535”-40) and SM1 (1.035”-40) internal threads, which are compatible with Ø1/2 inch and Ø1 inch lens sleeves, facilitating the realization of an opaque system configuration. In addition, the 4-40 screw holes around the input port are compatible with 30mm cage systems.
(3) The X-axis and Y-axis galvanometers are installed through the through holes on both sides. There are two M6 through holes, into which a 3mm hex wrench can be inserted to assist in tightening the flexible clamp, thereby fixing/detaching the position of the galvanometer. The port plug at the SM05 screw hole above is detachable and can be used as an observation hole to assist in galvanometer installation.
(Insert the galvanometer through the through hole for installation. Use a wrench inserted into the M6 hole to fix the clamping position of the galvanometer (note the galvanometer installation axis). Observe and adjust from the output port to complete the installation.)
(4) The bottom of the adapter is provided with 2 places of M3, 3 places of M4, and 2 places of M6 mounting screw holes. The multi-screw hole installation is compatible with our stainless steel post series, 30mm cage systems or 66mm guide rails.
